As part of my work on the business bank "Tochka," I was responsible for launching a new product aimed at solo entrepreneurs without employees. These users wanted to focus on growing their business, receiving income on their personal bank cards, and minimizing service costs, without having to dive into complicated terminology.

SolutionWe designed a simple and convenient solution: automatic transfers of funds to the customer’s personal bank card, with taxes and fees calculated in the background. Additionally, we introduced contextual help that dynamically suggests articles based on the user’s entry point and the time of year. The chat with bank support was hidden at the bottom of each article, reducing the load on the support service, which enabled us to offer a more competitive pricing plan for clients.

ResultsTo speed up the launch, I proposed implementing the help system using web-view, which allowed us to simultaneously develop 31 key features for iOS and Android. We also formalized visual principles into a set of guidelines and a design system, preparing the product for A/B testing with the flagship app's free plan. This approach helped effectively reduce the number of customer support requests.
